Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the E-COMMERCE WITH MS LTD website and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders and contract

A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order where an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity — you will be refunded in full.

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. International duties and taxes may be payable on arrival in your country.

Product accuracy

We photograph every T-shirt under neutral studio lighting, but screen calibration means colours may vary slightly from the real garment. Measurements listed on product pages are taken flat and may vary by up to 1cm.

Intellectual property

All site content, photography, product designs and the MS monogram are the property of E-COMMERCE WITH MS LTD and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
