Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the day your parcel is delivered to request a refund on unworn items with original tags attached.

Start your refund from your order confirmation email, message us on WhatsApp at +44 7828 791182, or email support@ecommercewithms.shop with your order number. We'll send a prepaid UK returns label.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days of your return arriving at our Wolverhampton facility. Your bank may take a further 2–5 days to display the funds.

Original delivery charges are refunded when the entire order is returned or where the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

If a T-shirt arrives faulty, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund it in full, including all delivery costs.
